Essex Tai-Chi

Qigong helps reduce stress and anxiety, and it also helps increase flexibility and balance.

Qigong

Qigong is for everybody. People with disabilities are welcome. There are two groups that meet once a week. Qigong is practiced to improve our health guided by Sue Sandle. The proceeds are donated to Amy’s Gift to St. Lucia.

Qigong is working with Qi our body’s energy to improve both its quantity and quality. Gong means that we work to practice a skill that takes a long time to develop.

We learn to co-ordinate our body’ movement, energy, breath and mind. This develops into a moving meditation and promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquillity.
.
WE DO NOT PRACTICE MARTIAL ARTS OR SPIRITUAL QIGONG.
